The coating project is for the potable water tank. The concrete water tank is the special architecture with surrounding driving ramp on it.
Nukote polyurea system is one of the several type of waterproofing material in the region. Owner willing to invested po lyurea system as the long term investment. Total of 2.00mm Nukote ST (aromatic) was applied over perimeter areas and walls of concrete as a base coat. Seamless coating is achieved.
The inner metal surface was using hydro water blasting machine to clean and surface preparation jobs to achieved above CSP 3 surface. The coating/lining work is only 12 working days without any hacking. Nukote also able to supply a unique design and colour arrangement of this project is to make the environment nice and long use period.
Nukote ST is 100% solids with NO VOC and the tanks were put to service soon after the coating was completed and reduced the down time considerably as compared to traditional liners. Nukote ST complies with International, National and regional standards as a Potable water liner.
