Nukote Coating Systems Core Products are focused on the primary platforms of elastomeric thick film polyureas, polyurethanes and hybrid combinations of these two chemistry platforms. This focus has led to the widest range of high pressure plural component elastomeric coatings available globally. Formulation variations have been refined to meet the unique requirements of our clients which include products that perform in exposure to chemicals, hydrocarbons, abrasion, erosion, velocity, impact and structural movement. All of these products provide extremely fast application speeds that are monolithic, seamless and at any desired dry film thickness without layering.
Nukote HLT Products. Unique formulations that either facilitate the application of our core elastomeric products or enhance their performance in specific exposure conditions. These formulations are also used as standalone systems on concrete and masonry substrates. This range of products is based on colloidal silica chemistry providing the benefits of reduced concrete moisture entrainment, improved concrete hardness and density and reduction or elimination of negative pressure or osmosis conditions common to concrete substrates.
Nukote Chemshield Products. Specific formulations for use where high process temperatures are combined with erosion or abrasion and high chemical or hydrocarbon exposure. This range of products is based on epoxy chemistries combined with ceramics and metals in solution and are primarily used on steel substrates where anticorrosion is required in onerous conditions.
Nukote Premera Products. Specific formulations for use in anticorrosion applications where color stability, architectural finishes and chemical resistance are desired to provide extended protection on steel and concrete substrates. This range of products is based in polyaspartic aliphatic polyurea thin film chemistry.
