Mitsubishi Heavy Industries utilizes Nukote Coating Systems products again at their new urea fertilizer plant near Oran, Algeria, March 2011. The working relationship between Nukote and Mitsubishi is proven again as Nukote products and services were again used by the client as the coating system of choice in their new USD $4 Billion fertilizer plant in Algeria. This plant at opening will be the largest Urea manufacturing facility in the world. Nukote Coating Systems International supplied the specified products (Nukote XT Plus) for chemical corrosion protection, which was utilized in the process basins, chemical plant containment bunds and waste water basins by the general contractor (Daewoo Korea). The project required two mobilizations which Nukote Coating Systems Singapore managed using teams of international applicators who were flown in for the fast track project.
